		<description>Hello im reynolds im in a union contract battle at this present moment were in negotiations and we hadnt recieved a raise in 6 yrs now the companys saying economical crisis we as employees work for a major beverage company here in ny which happens to be one of the largest.We are in negotiations for two weeks already and the companys now saying they want buy backs in short teams fight for what u have already cause they want to take back what was done 9yrs ago we say no they say yes. They say yes We say hell no were fighting harder than ever its apparent they want us to strike we say hell no we do a slow down and make them suffer finacially we think these tatics are the only way we cant get fired we dont really want this either we are loyal hard working men that have famalies but we will battle strongly with our minamal tatics we have prepaired tell me whats your view point id like to know</description>

I don&#039;t ever resent paying &#039;fair market value&#039;;  I do resent times I&#039;ve felt pressured into buying something.   Knowing in advance if something is fair market value gives me confidence in making the purchase.

Have you ever read 7 Habits of Highly Effective People?  Covey discusses a 3rd way:  neither party quits the negotiation until it feels like a Win-Win for each person.  I wonder if that could apply to home or car purchases?</description>
