Recessions, Dividends and Marlon Brando?

Posted by on March 4, 2008 in Misc.

I am hardware challenged for the next two days since my computer is out of commission. However, I thought I would tied you over with a few links and articles:

  1. The Baglady hosts the Carnival of Personal Finance in which I am a part wondering if dividend increases are always a good thing. Thanks Baglady for hosting it (great blog, check it out).
  2. Warren Buffet mused aloud yesterday that we are in a recession even if the economic data doesn’t show it. I wrote in September a post on the 5 point recession proofing plan. I have had to make one adjustment on it which I hope to get to this week.
  3. Finally, I report on my (lack of progress) in my goals in Geezeo where I call myself and Marlon Brando fatty. This is part of my monthly posts in their blog section. I hope you enjoy the series.

I hope to be back on Thursday complaining about the price of milk.
