I'm actually thinking about buying a home, for the first time, and I've been a little stressed knowing what I should do or if it is worthwhile for me to do it. I know the market it great right now, but for some reason I still feel a little skiddish (probably because I'm not in debt now and that would put me way under). But thanks for the advice. I'm going to check the absorption rates in the areas I'm looking in. Great advice.
