Seems like good advice if you have money. What about us who have nothing? Millions went from working middle class investors to parking lot homeless in months. You get cut, spend months looking while your savings get destroyed by rising prices. You can't keep up as unemployment checks finally end. No credit, no equity, no income can have only one result, the street. Wal-Mart was in the news for allowing recent homeless former middle class squatters to use parking lots as automobile refuge camp space legally. People are living in cars when a few moths before they were working middle class. All the while we see the same old story. America is making more money than ever. It just so happens it is all going to the top. It reminds me of when the French sent a diplomat to America in the 19th century to see how the newest, richest nation is doing on the ground level. He reported that while America was more wealthy than the rest of the world combined the mass population was more poor than that of France. He said the wealthy were however, very wealthy indeed. All this smoke and mirror economic bull is a joke. The wealthy are reaping in the global bucks as they exploit slave labor in China while paying off Chinese officials to finally get out of American labor cost. The interest of American wealth have always been at odds with the mass population of America and now the ability to purchase lawmakers is at its highest peak. In short Americans have been sold out and there is no recession. We suffer so a few can compete to see who has more Lear jets or the biggest boat. When a capitalistic nation has no checks and balances wealth accumulates. Like the game Monopoly it will have a final result of a ruling class and peasants and the game ends. Wealth has to be redistributed but the wealthy will not do that willingly. They will hoard as much as law allows. Now they have paid to have the laws changed and wealth is staying put. The death tax helped and now its gone. The stunning fact is that the top 1% own well over half the nations wealth and it is shifting more to that side faster than ever. There is no recession. We need our political leaders to take interest in the people not in each other. Its grab as grab can in Washington and failure to play ball means lost elections. We the people have to do in the Democrats and the Republicans as they are the same. Greedy professional politicians not leaders. They do nothing to help the masses. We need to make and run a new party and take America back from the rich. Jefferson and Hamilton made the choice that brings us here today when Hamilton gave the wealthy such power in our Government but the time that that worked to build a new nation has passed long ago. Serving the interest of wealth only was the the fear of the American system that government was supposed to control. Only after we address this can we get into economics.

The RBS Record loses of 24Billion UK pounds and Fred Goodwin still gets 650k pension every year. That is just unbelievable! They should strip him of his pension.

The economy is Normal. The way I see it: The news media lies so much, They do it for political gains- bias to Obama's favor But I know from my own experience that our economy is not that bad. So many other countried have much worse economies. But for example: I just had 3 recruiters call me in less then 1 week. I am in the IT field. Also I went to a Chilis restaurant last week, and on a week day. The place was so crowded. If we are in such a big economic crisis, that the news media says we are in, this would not be happening. We need to get the word out, like I am on my website. Stop socialism from being elected. Also we cannot blame Bush for the Housing Bubble anymore than we can Blame Clinton for the Stock Market Bubble. So tell the media to shut the #### up. Go do some work and pay some taxes.

Other than the 5 year crash, which is a bold prediction, the one item I don't agree with is that people with good credit need to run out and get a loan now. There will always be money for people with good credit and cash flow. If there isn't how are the banks going to make money? Checking account fees and ATM fees can only go so far.
