		<description>Sometimes people&#039;s actions will lead to self-inflicted financial wounds simply because they want to feel like they are doing SOMETHING, even if it is the wrong thing.  There is no magic bullet to provide the insurance they crave, but people will grasp at straws when they are panicking.  Like, um, now, for instance.  This is a great breakdown of the dangers!
