		<description>Man I am so sorry about what happened!  That really sucks.  Good thing you had that insurance.  Imagine if you&#039;ve both been laid off and didn&#039;t have insurance.  How would you even fix the flood?  Much less replace to stuff that you lost.

Let us know how smooth the entire process ends up being.  I hope you don&#039;t hit any bumps with the insurance company.</description>
