I have been at my company about 7 months. I work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.My holiday pay is added into my pay weekly. Most of the companies we do business for are closed the week of Christmas a total of 5 business days. Am I entitled to be paid for these days off if I am willing to work but the boss forces me to take the time off? Thanks Rick Fawcett I am a salaried employee.
