		<description>One problem that most people ignore especially government employees and elected
officials.Any money invested in stocks which provide dividends are double taxed
unless you are part of a government pension plan or part of a union pension plan.
This affects all RRSP or RRIF plans and means that because I am not a member of
either those two aformention groups I am a second class citizen. There has been
much talk over at the last 25 years about the addition of RRSP&#039;s and RRIF&#039;s to the
dividend tax credit for income tax but only the usual excuses of why not. How about 
some support.</description>
